Weddings

West Beach Resort has the finest location on the island for weddings and events. Our ceremony site sits on a stunning walk-out sand/pebble beach facing due west for the best sunsets. This private venue combines the best location the San Juans have to offer with the facilities and lodging of a destination resort.

For weddings and events June thru mid September, we rent the ceremony site only. Due to repeat customer bookings, lodging is not an option during this period. We would be happy to recommend other lodging on the island for summer events. For all other times of the year, the venue site and entire resort must be rented together. A three (3) night minimum stay is required. We offer the resort for the exclusive use of the wedding party, and a 20% per unit lodging surcharge is applied. All rentable units (cabins, tent cabins, RV, camping, and moorage spaces) will be reserved and paid for by the wedding party.

A site/coordination fee is charged for all events. The fee includes all required permits, facilities impact, basic coordination services, and the ceremony site. The site includes the use of our private grassy beachfront area and beach, free parking (up to 15 cars during summer, unlimited all other times), bathroom facility, a power source, bonfire wood, and trash removal. Off-site parking and shuttle service is available for summer events. Site/coordination fee per weekday (Mon - Thurs) is $2500; weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) is $3500. A day consists of 10AM-10PM. Rated for 50 guests or less. $250 for each additional increment of 25 guests.


We can provide a full selection of beer and wine (bottled, canned). Keg beer is available at our store. All alcohol must be purchased through the resort. Tending service (if applicable) and alcohol products not included in site fee.

Additional add-ons are available and include a 14'16' canvas tent ($250/day), picnic tables ($15 each/day), additional equipment, and any special requests you may have.
