About Camping

Camping in the San Juan Islands is a spectacular experience. Guests have been enjoying camping at West Beach Resort since the 1930s. Our campsites will have you enjoying the natural beauty of the San Juans while having access to all of the West Beach Resort amenities. Choose a site that is open and sunny, private and shady, or a mixture of both. All sites have a picnic table and a firepit. A cheerful, clean showerhouse is nearby, and it's only a short walk to the beach or the general store and marina (shower house facility is closed mid November thru early March). Sites are rated for three with a maximum occupancy of six. Adjacent parking for most sites for up to one vehicle. Some sites require a short (~75 feet) walk.
