Farm House
 This unit was relocated from an historic old island farm to the resort in 2008. It was remodelled in 2009 and is perfect for larger groups who require a bit more space. We hope you'll appreciate some of the old "farmhouse" touches to this unit!
The living area features a large central area with great views toward the water. Included are a couch, futon, large comfy reclining chair, reading chairs, and satellite TV. A door with a screen door leads from the living area to the front patio. There is reclaimed hardwood fir floors in both the living and dining areas.
The living room leads into the dining area of the Farmhouse. A large table for six is situation next to a large bay of windows looking out toward the water. There is also a cabinet/counter in the dining area, perfect for staging meals or a buffet-style dinner.
 The kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, a 4 burner range with dual ovens, sink, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and large window looking out towards the water. A full set of cabinets is included, with more than enough space to store the dishes and cookware we provide, plus additional items you may bring with you. An under-cabinet radio/cd player is also included, and a door w/ screen door leads out from the kitchen to the large patio.
 You can't call it a "Farmhouse" without some old-island charm, and the kitchen features such details. An old antique phone (non-working) is located next to the sitting area of the kitchen. There is also a large wood cutting board, a screened door leading out to the deck, and other touches we hope you will enjoy. It comes fully equipped with dishes and utensils for eight people. Special items (i.e., large crab boiling pots, glass ovenware, etc.) may be available at the store, so be sure to ask if you need something that is not normally provided in the cottage. The Farm House has two bathrooms. The bathroom off the master bedroom has been completely remodelled and features a larger corner shower and wide open floorplan. A second bathroom with shower is located off the kitchen area. There is also a powder room off the dining area. All linens included. Bathroom Inventory
There are three seperate bedrooms in this unit. The master bedroom is especially large and charming with a king bed. The other two separate bedrooms are located off the living area and feature a queen and double bed. The Farm House is rated for six guests but can sleep a maximum of eight with the addition of the futon in the living area. All linens are included in the rental.
A covered patio is situated off the living area, and an uncovered deck extends westward from the building. Included is a bbq, chairs, picnic table, and umbrella (seasonal). There is a nice little firepit and chairs outside with a view of the water. The Farm House sits where RV sites # 6-13 used to be, so there is plenty of grass and room for the family to stretch out! We hope you will enjoy this historic island building!
