PT+FT Maintenance - Applicants must have a sound working knowledge of property maintenance, including plumbing, light electrical, small engine maintenance and repair, carpentry, appliance troubleshooting and repair, grounds, small vehicle maintenance, etc. Must be able to work weekends. Hourly wage DOE. FT positions eligible for $1/hr summer bonus and year-end bonus. Employee discounts on groceries/gas. On-site housing in RV site (RV not provided) an option.

Director of Housekeeping - Applicants must have prior experience in housekeeping. Management experience is a bonus but not required. Our ideal candidate is a hard-working housekeeping professional who is looking to further their professional career. This position combines management of our HK department and the duties of a housekeeper (varies seasonally). Time is generally split 50/50 between housekeeping and misc/management tasks. Duties to include cleaning units, managing/scheduling staff, laundry, and general management of the department. Must be able to work weekends. FT year-round salary DOE, $1/hr summer bonus, $1000 year-end bonus, employee discounts on groceries/gas. On-site housing in RV site (RV not provided) an option.
