 This deluxe beachfront cottage was completely rebuilt in 1999. It is identical to cabin #7. A large patio, stained cedar siding, and detailed touches have made this modern cottage very demanded and popular. The interior is especially bright, cheerful, and roomy. An added bonus are the down comforters on all queen beds and a CD stereo system. Parking is located on the south end of the building. This cottage is rated for four guests with a maximum occupancy of six. This is a no pet/no smoking cottage.
 The living area has beautiful hardwood floors and pine interior, electric heat, wood-burning stove, a CD stereo system, dining table and chairs, a queen size futon, coffee table, and a comfy reading chair. A part beachwood chandelier hangs over the living room table. This living area is especially bright, cheerful, and well-lit, and two large windows over the front door give an open feeling to the entire room.
 The kitchen includes a refrigerator, range, sink, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and comes fully equipped with dishes and utensils for six people. Special items (i.e., large crab boiling pots, glass ovenware, etc.) may be available at the store, so be sure to ask if you need something that is not normally provided in the cottage. There are two separate bedrooms, each with a queen size bed with comfy down comforters and electric heat. The bedrooms are situated on the southwest and southeast end of the building and the southwest bedroom has a beautiful pop-out window design. Both bedrooms have shelves and storage space. All linens are provided.
 This cottage's large covered patio is equipped with an outdoor table and chairs, a BBQ with spatula, grill fork, and brush. A firepit with chairs is located right on the beach in front of the patio. This cottage is also outfitted with a picnic table and tiltable umbrella on the beach (shared with cabin 7; late spring - early fall only).
The view from this cottage is what makes these cozy beach lodgings unique, special, and truly unmatched. Your cottage is situated directly on our prime walk-out sand and pebble beach, and the water is literally a stone's throw away from your front porch. There is something magical about waking up in the morning, brewing a cup of coffee, and listening to the sounds of lapping waves off your patio. And in the evenings, sit out at your own firepit and watch the absolutely spectacular sunsets over the Canadian Gulf Islands while "talking story" and fixing S'mores.
