This cottage has changed little sinec 1938, although we have remodelled it twice since then. We have done little to change its original style, and the cottage remains popular due to its rustic flavor. You may park directly south of this unit. It is rated for four guests with a maximum occupancy of six. Well-behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Pet Agreement. This is a no smoking cottage.
The living area has carpeting and linoleum floors, a wood-burning stove, electric heat, dining table and chairs, futon, and a comfy reading chair.
The kitchen includes a refrigerator, range, sink, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. This kitchen comes fully equipped with dishes and utensils for six people. Special items (i.e., large crab boiling pots, glass ovenware, etc.) may be available at the store, so be sure to ask if you need something that is not normally provided in the cottage. There are two separate bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and electric heat. The bedrooms are situated on the northwest and northeast corners of the cottage. All linens are provided.
This cottage's covered patio is equipped with an outdoor table and chairs, a BBQ with spatula, grill fork, and brush. A beach firepit with beach chairs is located in front of the patio.
The view from this cottage is what makes these cozy beach lodgings unique, special, and truly unmatched. Your cottage is situated directly on our prime walk-out sand and pebble beach, and the water is literally a stone's throw away from your front porch. There is something magical about waking up in the morning, brewing a cup of coffee, and listening to the sounds of lapping waves off your patio. And in the evenings, sit out at your own firepit and watch the absolutely spectacular sunsets over the Canadian Gulf Islands while "talking story" and fixing S'mores.
