This standard beachfront cottage has changed little since its construction in the mid 1930's. Although it has been remodeled and upgraded since then, it still has that hint of rustic beauty and originality that has made it increasingly popular over the years. Parking for Cottage #2 is located on the north side of the building. Rated for four guests, it will sleep a maximum of six. Well-behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Pet Agreement.  The living area has carpeting and linoleum floors, a wood-burning stove, electric heat, dining table and chairs, and a couch with a queen size futon, and a comfy reading chair.
The kitchen includes a refrigerator, range, sink, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. This kitchen comes fully equipped with dishes and utensils for six people. Special items (i.e., large crab boiling pots, glass ovenware, etc.) may be available at the store, so be sure to ask if you need something that is not normally provided in the cottage. There are two separate bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. There is also electric heat in each bedroom, and they are situated on the northwest and northeast corners of the cottage. All linens are provided.
 The covered concrete patio is equipped with an outdoor table and chairs, a BBQ with spatula, grill fork, and brush. Customers enjoy this particular patio because of the beach wood design of the railings. A beach firepit with beach chairs is located in front of the patio along with a large maple tree that provides shade on those hot summer days.
The view from this cottage is what makes these cozy beach lodgings unique, special, and truly unmatched. Your cottage is situated directly on our prime walk-out sand and pebble beach, and the water is literally a stone's throw away from your front porch. There is something magical about waking up in the morning, brewing a cup of coffee, and listening to the sounds of lapping waves off your patio. And in the evenings, sit out at your own firepit and watch the absolutely spectacular sunsets over the Canadian Gulf Islands while "talking story" and fixing S'mores. This is the beach cottage experience you have been looking for... This is your cottage!
